How is our little man already 1 1/2??? He's so much fun right now! Although as parents, we often feel challenged, we realize Jensen is continuing to learn how to communicate and experiences frustration because he can't tell us what he wants or accomplish what he'd like. He's learning everyday, as are we!
His vocabulary is increasing daily - mommy, daddy, Bailey, ball, flower, football, tree, sky, nose, truck, milk, more, uh-oh. He's continuing to sign - more, please and thank you! And he's understanding more relationships - cars go vroom, dogs go woof woof, cats say meow, cows moo, he remembers the corner where the goats live, etc. It's so much fun to watch him grow, learn and understand more everyday!
Last night we were out to dinner with Grandma & Grandpa Swanee. He grabbed a napkin from the stack and gently patted the sides of his mouth repeatedly! It was so cute!
Last week, his school began transitioning him to the Toddler room. He's spent the past few months in the Pre-Tod room. In the Toddler room, they have more circle time and will spend more time on the alphabet, counting, etc. We've loved every room and teacher he's had so far and look forward to his move into the next room.
