Jensen's worst day of his life!

Jensen did not have a good day...On Monday, he was diagosed with crupe so he woke up Tuesday morning feeling lousy and pretty fussy! He was trying to play and crawl around when his hand slipped and he hit his forehead on the hearth. Poor little guy...not his day!

Meeting Benson

Nathan & Whitney welcomed Benson into the world on March 20th. We got the chance to meet him when he was just 2 weeks old!

The first of many...

We are officially members of the Atlanta Zoo! On Friday, Joe, Jensen and I met Cara and Elle for a fun-filled day at the zoo! We bought a membership so we will be able to visit the zoo as often as we'd like throughout the next year!

We had a great time....It was a little cool in the earlier part of the morning, but by lunch time, the sun was out and we were warmed up! We packed ourselves a picnic and enjoyed lunch outside at the pavillion. Here are a few pics from our visit...

Spring has Sprung!

We stayed home for Joe's spring break this year and had a wonderful week! Joe got lots done around the house (well, actually around the yard!), went fishing, and hung out with Jensen for a day! It was nice for me to have Joe around all week.....so I was able to catch up on some things too. Grandma Julie came to babysit Jensen one night so we could have a date and it was so much fun!

The weather has been absolutely beautiful (minus the pollen).....Hot in the lower 80's at the start of the week, one day of rain and lower 70's with sunshine to finish out the break! It's been a good week!

but got so frustrated when he couldn't figure out how to get back out!

Our little Mr. is on the move! It's amazing how much he's changed in the past week.....Much more independent and now that he's all over the place, he is so much more inquisitive about everything and what everyone is doing!
He continues to be more verbal and responsive to ques....How big is Jensen?, Good job!, Cheese!, Where's Bailey?, High 5, All done and More! It's so fun to watch him grow!!

But most of the time, he uses one knee and one foot!

A beautiful Easter weekend in Atlanta! We had a great family day...Spent the morning together at home, went to the park for a picnic and let Bailey run in the dog park in the afternoon and finished the day with a delicious Easter cookout! Jensen enjoyed his meal of pork tenderloin, couscous and veggies.
We continue to watch Jensen grow and change so quickly! Each day brings a new and exciting adventure!
